This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Urban Digest LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of [Utah] ("Urban Digest," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the client, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity ("Client" or "you"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of Urban Digest's website (www.urbndigest.com), platform, services, and all related applications, media channels, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform and should discontinue use immediately.
The Platform and its contents are the proprietary property of Urban Digest. This includes all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "Content"). The Content is provided "as-is" for informational and operational use only and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Content without Urban Digest's prior written permission.
Urban Digest maintains ownership of all website infrastructure, automation systems, and digital tools deployed through our GoHighLevel platform. However, all marketing assets, design deliverables, and brand content created specifically for the Client (collectively, "Client Assets") belong to the Client, provided their account remains in good standing.
Urban Digest provides the Client a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use its systems during the service term. Upon service termination, system access may be revoked, while the Client retains ownership of their custom creative assets.
Projects may use third-party fonts, plugins, or assets that require commercial licenses. Urban Digest will inform Clients when such components are used and provide licensing instructions. Clients must secure proper licenses for continued legal use. Failure to obtain proper licensing may result in legal liability.
